Had a great Xmas experience surrounded by stunning mountain views and rice fields. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and some even had large balconies to watch the sunrise. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with tips and recommendations. The food was excellent, with a variety of traditional dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect for hiking tours in the nearby national park and it was a great starting point.
The narrow road to get to the hotel was a bit of a challenge, but once there, it was worth it. One day, the solar hot water system wasn't very effective due to the cloudy weather, but the staff assured us they would install an electrical water heater system in the future.

I recently had a fantastic time at a hotel nestled in the heart of Sri Lanka's beautiful highlands. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and paddy fields. The hotel is newly opened and boasts a small, intimate atmosphere with only a handful of rooms. I was lucky enough to stay on the 2nd floor with a private balcony that provided a panoramic view of the sunrise over the neighboring rice fields. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and spoke fluent English, making communication a breeze. Additionally, the traditional breakfast they prepared for us was absolutely delicious.
No issues — everything was perfect.

The hotel is located in a stunning area, surrounded by picturesque mountains and paddy fields that make your mornings even more special. the spacious and clean rooms are accompanied by lovely terraces, where you can enjoy the sunrise and unwind. the traditional and delicious food is an excellent addition to the overall experience. the friendly staff are always available and willing to help with any queries or tips on what to do in the area.
A downside is the road leading to the hotel, which is a bit narrow and challenging to drive, especially for those who are not used to the Sri Lankan roads.
